US Shipping

Committed to timely delivery of your order. However, delays in delivery due to adverse weather conditions, carrier delays or address errors are beyond our control. Our estimated delivery time does not include the time it takes for international orders to be released by local customs.

  • All loose diamond orders usually ship 5 to 10 days after the order date.
  • All custom items usually ship within 2 to 3 weeks of the order date.

 

Please note that all shipments require an adult signature at the delivery destination.

How do I shop if I'm shipping to a destination outside the US?

Select the country you ship your order to, this will change the currency in which we display prices. When you're ready to checkout, you'll see your local payment method. You also have the option to change the language at checkout.

 

What currency do you use?

When you select a shipping country, we will display and receive payments in your local currency. You will be charged in the currency listed at checkout.

Fiorese is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by the bank.

 

How can I track my international order?

You can track your order by clicking on the link in the order confirmation email. 

 

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

 

Duties and Taxes

Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
No. Duties, taxes, and any applicable customs charges are not included in your order total at checkout.

These charges are determined by the customs authority of your shipping destination and must be paid directly by the customer when the package arrives in your country.

How are duties and taxes handled?
Customs duties, taxes, and related fees vary depending on the laws and regulations of your country. Once your order arrives at the destination country, your local courier or customs office will contact you with a payment request for any applicable charges. Delivery will proceed after payment is completed.

Please note:

  • We do not collect or remit duties and taxes on your behalf.

  • If you choose to refuse delivery due to customs charges, return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • These charges typically include import duties, local sales tax, and processing fees as determined by your country’s customs authority.
