To ensure the uniqueness, craftsmanship, and preciousness of each Old European cut diamond piece, custom-made products are non-refundable after delivery unless a serious quality issue is verified (such as severe diamond flaws or major craftsmanship defects). The following situations are not valid reasons for returns or refunds:
